Driving Licences
The Driver and Vehicle Licensing section of the Environment Department issues full and provisional driving licences, trade licences, the registration of all motor vehicles, the reservation, exchange and sale of registration marks.
The DVL office is open from 9.00 until 16.00 (including lunch times) Monday through Friday (except public holidays) and accepts payment for the services provided in cash, cheque, debit or credit card.

The following cards are accepted for payment by the DVL Department:
CREDIT CARDS - Master Card, Visa
DEBIT CARDS - Visa Delta, Switch
Payments made by accepted Debit Cards will not attract any transaction charge.
However, all payments made by accepted Credit Cards will attract a transaction charge of 2% of the total payment made. This fee is equivalent to the fee charged to the Department by the card issuer.
