Guernsey Border Agency Mandate and Business Plan
The Guernsey Border Agency is issued with a mandate from the Home Department which sets out the overarching framework within which the GBA will operate. You can view the GBA's mandate by clicking the download below.
The GBA also has a Business Plan which sets out how the Agency intends, working with partners, to continue and develop its work and to improve the understanding of cross border crime and increase the risks to criminals using a wide range of tools and techniques, combined with depriving offenders of the proceeds of their crimes.
The GBA Business Plan sets out how the GBA will discharge its functions. The current GBA Business Plan is available below as a download. An Annual Report detailing how the GBA has discharged these functions will also be published. You can view the GBA Annual Reports by clicking the link under 'related pages' on the right.
The GBA Business Plan is linked to the States Strategic Plan through the Home Department Business Plan and supports its strategic priorities. The Home Department Business Plan sets out the strategic priorities for the various Home Department services.
