On this page you will find information on how to obtain a licence to operate a public service vehicle.
Public service vehicle operators are licensed by the Comittee for the Environment & Infrastructure and they must operate in accordance with the Public Transport (Guernsey) Law, 1984, the Public Transport Ordinance, 1986, and the Road Traffic (Permits to Drive Public Service Vehicles) Ordinance, 1986 (as amended).

- Taxi operators are licensed by the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure and must abide by the conditions of their road service licence, which includes ensuring drivers observe a Code of Conduct.
