Environment Department response to media enquiries from Island FM and Guernsey Press.
Island FM enquiry:
We have seen this photo on Facebook (see attached) - does the Environment Department have any comment to make on it?
Guernsey Press enquiry:
I've had a reader get in touch about this, and also seen on Facebook - the web link to a Guernsey paid parking website is doing the rounds again.
If I remember rightly we did a few lines years ago to say it was work commissioned by the department as it investigated paid parking and in effect was a dead link now and shouldn't be online.

Could we have a few lines just to explain the site - will the department get it removed?
Environment Department response:
The 'photo' does not relate to any official information contained on the States of Guernsey website and would appear to be a 'spoof'.
