Administrative Review Board decision 5 December 2012

The Administrative Review Board considers that its decision of 5 December 2012, relating to a complaint brought by Mr R. Brooks to the Chief Executive of the States of Guernsey on 12 March 2012 under section 1 of the Administrative Decisions (Review) (Guernsey) Law ("the Law"), 1986 has been sufficiently considered and implemented by the Health and Social Services Department.

Consequently, the Review Board will not be referring this matter to the States other than by way of its annual report in 2013. The Administrative Review Board has now discharged its functions under the Law in this matter and the matter is now closed.

The Board will be making no further public comment.
