The Home Department Minister has released a personal response to the Scrutiny Committee Report into the non-disclosure of information relating to the negotiated settlement with AFR Advocates
Following a public hearing held by the Scrutiny Committee's Review Panel on 21 March 2013 and the subsequent publication of their Report into the Review of non-disclosure of information relating to the negotiated settlement with AFR Advocates, the Minister of the Home Department, Deputy Jonathan P Le Tocq, has today released a personal response which is available for download below.
