All completed Household Expenditure Survey (HES) forms need to be submitted to Island Analysis by Friday 12th July to be included in the fourth (and final) prize draw. The draw will be held on 29th July and the winning household will receive £2,000, with 5 runners up receiving prizes of £100 each.
Households were randomly selected to take part in the survey which captures (in confidence) information on all types of expenditure, providing a detailed snapshot of Guernsey households' spending patterns over a full year. This information will be used to update the inflation indices (RPI and RPIX). The results of the last HES are available via www.gov.gg/hes and are frequently referenced for research projects.
