The Environment Department is pleased to hear that the industrial action scheduled to take place on Wednesday and Thursday of this week has been averted following successful talks between operator, CT Plus, the Union and driver representatives facilitated by the Employment Relations Service.
The Department understands that dialogue between the parties is ongoing with a view to resolving any outstanding issues. In light of this the Department is confident that all of its school bus services and the Operator's scheduled services will operate as normal tomorrow.
