The fourth Annual Independent Fiscal Policy Review is published today. The 2013 report is the third in the series authored by Prof. Geoffrey Wood, Professor Emeritus of Economics at Cass Business School in London and Professor Emeritus of Monetary Economics at the University of Buckingham. The role of this report is to provide an independent, external, assessment of the States' fiscal conduct against the criteria in the Fiscal Framework. The Framework sets out clear numerical parameters and commits the States to long-run permanent balance. A copy of the report can be downloaded at the bottom of the page.
