Do you have Concerns about a child's welfare or safety?

If you have concerns about a child's welfare or safety, and if that child is in Guernsey or Alderney, you need to call the Assessment and Intervention Social Work on 723182.

If it is an emergency, you need to call the Police on 999.

The Islands Child Protection Committee has produced guidelines when there is a need to act to protect a child.  The guidelines are to be followed by all people in Guernsey and Alderney who come into contact with children, through their work, whether they are paid or unpaid.

These guidelines can be found in the Link section below.
