Construction

By numbers employed, Guernsey's construction industry is a key economic sector, the fourth largest and a major contributor to the Island's economic well-being. Under an independent chairman, the industry's representative body, the Construction Industry Forum meets regularly to discuss the state of the industry and the issues affecting it. These are passed on to Government through the Construction Sector Group, which is made up of industry and political representatives.
