You will need to use a different form depending on the type of planning application you are making.
- For most planning applications you will need to use the standard planning application form. There are guidance notes to help you complete the relevant sections
- If you are not the owner of the land or property in question, you will need to complete and submit an Owner's Declaration Form in addition to a planning application form
- If your application is for a motor caravan or trailer, you will need to use the standard Planning Application form.
