What do I pay for a work permit?
Work permit fees are set out in the Immigration (Work Permit Fee) (No. 2) (Guernsey) Order, 2011 (2011 No.41). The Order includes fees for the replacement of a work permit where it is reported lost or has to be re-issued as a result of incorrect information being provided to the Home Department.
The Fees are:
- For employment of one month or less - £50 (replacement £20)
- For employment of one month or more -£300 (replacement £100)
