Work permit policy

Work permits are issued to foreign nationals and Commonwealth citizens who are subject to control under the Immigration Acts.

Work permits are issued by the Immigration and Nationality Division in accordance with work permit policy laid down by the States Home Department which is the body responsible for determining such policy in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
