Income Tax Irregularities Scheme
The Income Tax Irregularities Scheme ("ITIS") was introduced by the Director in February 2010, for those who had:
- previously submitted income tax returns which were incorrect or incomplete,
- failed to give notice of liability to Guernsey income tax, or
- discovered after the event that a return submitted was incorrect or incomplete
If you were within the scope of ITIS, you could benefit from the generous terms being offered (see the pdfs below for more details).
ITIS was available for a limited period and ceased on 31 March 2011.
