Law Enforcement Agencies
There are two law enforcement organisations within the Bailiwick of Guernsey - the Guernsey Border Agency and the Guernsey Police. These organisations work closely together with a shared objective to use all available resources to build and protect a safe, just and tolerant society for all people of the Bailiwick.
The Guernsey Border Agency (GBA)
The GBA is a public body with various border protection and cross border crime functions. The Agency brings together the various work previously carried out by the Customs and Excise, Immigration and Nationality Service with additional responsibilities for assigned cross border crime such as drug trafficking, financial crime, money laundering, serious and organised smuggling and illegal immigration.

The Guernsey Police
Guernsey's Island Police have a responsibility for providing policing services throughout the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
