Guernsey Dairy

Milk production from dairy cattle is subject to a milk supply contract and a quota and unless approval is otherwise given by the Commerce and Employment Department, all milk production must be sent to Guernsey Dairy where it is processed and packaged. Milk sent to the Dairy is subject to certain rules of supply.

Guernsey Dairy produces milk, cream, butter and ice-cream, as well as award-winning cheeses.
