Deadline to Annual Validation
All Guernsey registered companies are required under sections 234 & 235 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 to complete an Annual Validation.
An Annual Validation should be submitted online at www.guernseyregistry.com or by using the public access terminals at the Registry offices where staff will be pleased to assist you.
Please be aware that ALL Annual Validations MUST be completed by 31 January 2013, otherwise penalty fees will apply.
