I have a question about my passport who do I contact, I think it might be an emergency?
If you are a Bailiwick resident who has a problem with a missing or stolen passport and you need a re-issue, you should contact the Immigration & Nationality Division (Guernsey Border Agency) in the first instance. The Passport Office telephone number is 741410.
If you are abroad and you find you have lost your passport or your passport has been stolen, you should refer to information provided by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office which is provided at the link below.
You should report the lost/stolen passport to the nearest British Embassy or Consulate's Office who will record the matter and issue an "Emergency Travel Document"
