Employers
You must return your first quarter 2012 contribution schedules with payment by NO LATER than the 15th April 2012. A 2.5% penalty is applied to all later payments.
Self & Non Employed
You must return you first quarter 2012 card by NO LATER than the 15th April 2012. Remember to read the notes on the card before returning.
