Draft Image Rights Legislation Consultation
The Intellectual Property Office, on behalf of the Commerce and Employment Department, has today released draft Image Rights legislation for consultation.
The draft legislation has been sent to industry representatives and other interested parties however, it will also be made available to other parties on request to the Registrar.

The consultation will last for 4 weeks from 8 February until 7 March 2012.
