The awards recognise and celebrate the people in those professions who do that bit extra to care for their patients.
Nursing in 2019 is a modern and dynamic profession. The roles are varied and skills vast, and to mark Nurses Day on Monday 13th May 2019, we want to say thank you to those Carers, Nurses, Student Nurses and Midwives who go the extra mile.
Following a day celebrating our Carers, Nurses, Student Nurses and Midwives, the winners will be provided with awards at a dedicated ceremony.
Nominations are welcome from patients, family and staff members. Nomination forms are available at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, from community nurses or can be downloaded on this page.
