Commerce & Employment is currently in the process of recruiting Panel Members for the new Employment & Discrimination Tribunal, required under the “The Employment & Discrimination Tribunal (Guernsey) Ordinance 2005.”
This Tribunal system will commence early in 2006 along with the introduction of “The Sex Discrimination (Employment) (Guernsey) Ordinance, 2005” and the commencement of “The Employment Protection (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2005.” For further details on new Employment Legislation, please see latest news.
