VEQAS works in partnership with the industry to foster a culture based on best practice and quality assurance. The service also provides an accessible interface between the Department; businesses operating in the visitor economy; and national organisations such as VisitBritain and the National Quality Standards Group (NQSG). What does the section do?
It is responsible for the administration of a range of statutory measures and voluntary Quality Assurance programmes, seeking to promote best practice and encourage high standards of quality and service in all areas of the industry.
