Corporate Hospitality
More and more businesses are starting to think of Beau Sejour Leisure Centre when considering corporate hospitality events, and perhaps you should too. Why? Read on....
What kind of an event are you looking to organise? A pop concert? A Christmas lunch? A company presentation? A product launch? Would you like excellent service, technical support and high-quality facilities at a reasonable price? Then make Beau Sejour your first choice.
If you are looking for a medium to large size venue, then the Sir John Loveridge or David Ferguson Halls may fit the bill. These two areas can seat up to 1,300 and 840 people respectively, and have the flexibility to fit in with your requirements. A dinner and dance set-up is easy to achieve in both halls, and a stage can be erected with minimal fuss. Technical requirements can be handled efficiently by our trained staff, and most of the equipment that would be needed can be hired from the Centre.
The Beau Sejour Theatre is also available for events, and can seat up to 400 people, incorporating a large stage and cinema screen. This screen allows events to be broadcast from other rooms, offering a cost-effective solution to increasing audience numbers for a presentation. The Concourse is a very flexible space, and its use is only limited by your imagination....
For a more intimate venue, the Cambridge, Delancey and Sausmarez Rooms can be hired out. The first two of these rooms command views over Cambridge Park, and can seat 60 and 30 people respectively. Remove the centre partition between the two rooms, and the capacity increases to 120 guests. A projector is fitted in both of these rooms, so all you need is a laptop to share your PowerPoint Presentations with your audience. The Sausmarez Room has recently been renovated, with two skylights adding natural light to the room, and can take 40 guests.
If you would like further information, please feel free to download the Corporate Hospitality Brochure, which is available in the right-hand column of this page. This gives you details of all of the Department's sites which can hold events, and offers contact numbers should you wish to book with the Department.
As you will notice from this brochure, Beau Sejour is just the tip of the iceberg as far as event venues are concerned. Castle Cornet, Fort Grey, Guernsey Museum & Art Gallery, Vale Castle and Chateau des Marais are all available for hire. These are referred to in the Museum Services section of this website, which can be accessed via the left menu on this page.
