Sustainable Guernsey
Monitoring Performance of the States Strategic Plan
Sustainable Guernsey is a monitoring report, which will be used to assess the performance of the States Strategic Plan. The Report, which has been adapted since it was last published in 2007, now contains Key Performance Indicators designed to monitor progress toward the strategic objectives outlined in the Plan.
The indicators cover a wide variety of topics and are grouped into three chapters; Fiscal and Economic, Social and Environmental and are ordered to reflect the three Strategic Policy Plans approved by the State in July 2009 (Billet d'Etat XVIII 2009).
It should be noted that the information presented in the 2009 edition of Sustainable Guernsey reflects pre States Strategic Plan performance. This is the first iteration of the Report in this format and it is recognised that some of the indicators included will require further development.
Some additional statistical information is available in the Facts and Figures booklet.
Please contact the Policy and Research Unit if you would like a hard copy of the Report or have any queries.
