David Hogg, CB (Chair)

Mr Hogg is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court. The majority of his career has been spent as a lawyer in the Government Legal Service in the UK. He is currently one of the Vice-Presidents of the Valuation Tribunal of England.

Professor Gillian Morris

Professor Morris is a barrister who has specialised in employment relations and employment law. She is the Chair of the NHS Pay Review Body, Deputy Chair of the Central Arbitration Committee and Deputy Independent Chair of the Police Negotiating Board and Police Advisory Board for England and Wales.

Mr John Lee

Mr Lee is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He retired in 1994 following a career in banking and is currently Chair of the Social Security Tribunal in Guernsey.
