Overseas criminal investigations

Provision of advice to members of the public
Generally speaking, the Law Officers do not provide advice to members of the public. Where members of the public have accessed this site with a view to obtaining advice or guidance concerning a Bailiwick legal issue, they may wish to contact the Guernsey Bar Council - the professional body which represents members of the Guernsey Bar, that is to say locally qualified lawyers, known in the Bailiwick as Advocates of the Royal Court.
