A Site giving access to a range of useful legal material (including legislation) concerning the Bailiwick and its laws is currently under development. When the site has been fully developed it is envisaged that public access will be available, either via this site another site or both. Access details will be provided in due course.
In the meantime, some useful extant legislation can be viewed via the links indicated. Users should note that legislation accessible via these links is believed to be an accurate representation of the original text, but it is not authoritative. In the case of any doubt, reference should be made to the authoritative texts of the Laws, Ordinances and Statutory Instruments, which may be obtained from Her Majesty’s Greffier, Royal Court House, St Peter Port, Guernsey.
