The Scrutiny Committee carries out a continuous programme of monitoring various policy and service delivery issues that Departments and Committees within the States of Guernsey undertake.  These work areas are observed from a scrutiny perspective to examine policy development and to ensure service and policy delivery is effectively and efficiently carried out.
