Persons wishing to make application to organise a private lottery (raffle) or stage a Cinema Racing Event should complete one or other of the download application forms (terms and conditions are included).

Once completed these should be returned, together with the appropriate cash or cheque payment (payable to States of Guernsey) to the Home Department, Sir Charles Frossard House, P.O. Box 43, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, GY1 1FH.
