Immigration & Nationality Division
The States of Guernsey Immigration & Nationality Division enforces and administers the Immigration and Nationality Acts as extended to the Bailiwick of Guernsey i.e. Guernsey, Alderney and Sark.
We are also the Bailiwick’s Passport Office and we issue British passports to British citizens who are resident in the Bailiwick. Passports can also be issued to British subjects who have the right of abode in the United Kingdom under the Immigration Act 1971.
The States of Guernsey Immigration & Nationality Division deals solely with Immigration, Nationality and Passport matters concerning the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
