The Guernsey Fire & Rescue Service`s Performance Plan sets out the Service`s vision, strategic aims and objectives that will continue to drive the Service forward each year. The Plan also incorporates the Best Value Performance Indicators that are applicable nationally, together with Local Performance Indicators, which serve to benchmark the Service`s delivery against other Authorities. These Indicators are designed to enable comparisons to be made between between different Fire Services and for the Service to monitor its own performance year on year.
