LETTERS

Prisoners are able to send and receive letters. (Guernsey Prison Service, Les Nicolles, Baubigny, St Sampsons, Guernsey, GY2 4YF).

All letters, except legal correspondence, may be read and checked for security reasons and to ensure illicit items such as drugs are not contained in any mail.

TELEPHONE

Prisoners have access to a telephone system known as PIN.  Each prisoner is allowed to allocate ten phone numbers that they may use by purchasing a phone credit.

There is no facility for incoming phone calls.
