At the October 2005 meeting of the States, the Department is presenting a Report entitled “Social Housing under the Corporate Housing Programme: Towards a Plan for 2006 – 2008”.

The Report makes a number of recommendations which, if they are accepted by the States, will mean:

• Some tenants of the Department will be personally affected by the proposals:
• In the short term, the majority of tenants will not be affected, but some could be in the future as the plan develops.
