Introduction to Guernsey Water
Guernsey Water are responsible for delivering a safe, reliable, sustainable and cost-effective supply of high quality drinking water. We apply the best standards of water quality and treatment, while safeguarding our environment. Alongside this, we aim to provide a high level of customer service.
We are currently devising a new interactive website, which will feature up-to-date information on paying your bill, the Guernsey Water Business Plan, latest initiatives and opportunities to keep abreast of water matters in the island. The site should be up an running by July 2008.

- Guernsey Water has released its Customer Charter. This document sets out the level and standard of service that you can expect from us. The Charter can be viewed or downloaded from the right-hand column of this page, as can the Customer Service Standards, which give a more detailed version of the standards that we have set.
The Charter will be sent out to all customers over the next few months - you will find a copy with your next water bill.
