Consumer Advice

The Guernsey Trading Standards Service offers a free, impartial and confidential consumer advice service.

We can be contacted by telephone, during office hours, Monday-Friday, by email or by post. Alternatively, you can visit us at Raymond Falla House, although we would advise making an appointment to ensure someone is available to deal with your enquiry.

We are able to investigate consumer complaints and offer information on your rights with regards to the purchase of goods and services. We are also able to provide general advice and information on consumer matters.
