The Inspection and Certification of Electrical Installations
The Commerce and Employment Department has agreed to review the current arrangements for the inspecting, testing and certification of electrical installations with a view to introducing a system similar to that which operates in Jersey and the United Kingdom, but adapted to meet local needs. Essentially such a change would entail the function being incorporated within the Building Regulations.
