Nursing in Guernsey

Like the sound of great hospitals, great prospects and great beaches?

Whatever your role in healthcare, working in Guernsey or Alderney will change your life for the better.

Both Guernsey and her sister island Alderney are situated in the bay of St. Malo, near France's North-West coast which is visible on a clear day.  Both islands are less than 100 miles from England's South coast with direct links with most major airports in the UK and a ferry service from Poole, Portsmouth and Weymouth.

In Guernsey, you'll enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and warmer climate. You'll never be more than a couple of miles from a sandy beach - and the journey to work is usually a matter of five or ten minutes.  Just eight miles by five, the island is home to around 60,000 people. Alderney is much smaller, with a population of 2,400. The car-free island of Sark is smaller still and Herm is simply tiny!  To get a feel for the laid-back island life, why not take a virtual tour of some highlights courtesy of
