Steering Group

The Guernsey Retail Prices Index (RPI) Steering Group meet on a regular basis; their purpose being to:

  • Oversee the compilation, calculation and publication of the Guernsey Indices of Retail Prices by the Policy Council
  • Ensure transparency and impartiality in the production of the Index
  • Provide an independent forum to answer queries and discuss matters relating to the production of the Index

The membership of the RPI Steering Group represents a broad cross section of the community, and is as follows:

  • Reverend M Trickey (Chairman)
  • Mr B Cash (Chamber of Commerce)
  • Mr R Lanning (Unite the Union)
  • Mrs S Farnham (Women's Institute)
  • Mr S Jones (BWCI Group)
  • Mrs K Raleigh (Citizen's Advice Bureau)
