What is Supported Employment?
Supported Employment provides support to people with disabilities to secure and maintain paid employment. Supported Employment offers practical support that is based on meeting the identified needs of employers and employees. The Supported Employment Scheme is administered by Interwork Services and may provide financial assistance.
Why disability matters for your business?

Disabled people seeking work in Guernsey are usually locally resident with existing Right to Work documents. Therefore the cost of recruiting from abroad would not apply.
