Statement re St Anne's GCSE results

The Committee for Education, Sport and Culture will be looking closely at the recent GCSE results achieved by all Bailiwick schools, particularly with regard to whether students have made better than expected progress or who may not have achieved the results they were predicted.

Alderney Air Services - Memorandum of Understanding

Representatives of the States of Guernsey, the States of Alderney and Aurigny have met for their scheduled quarterly review of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that they collectively agreed and introduced earlier this year for the operation of air services between Alderney, Guernsey and Southampton.

GCSE and Level 2 results 2016

The Bailiwick's 16 year olds have delivered another good year of GCSE and Level 2 results. Overall 62.1 % of students achieved five or more GCSEs or Level 2 equivalent qualifications including English and Maths at grade C or above. This compares with last year's figure of 57.4% of students achieving the so called 'gold standard'.
