Environment Department response to media enquiry
Media Enquiry from BBC Radio Guernsey:
Quick question - on the Environment Department website it states:
The outcomes of this exercise will be completed and published alongside the publication of a Draft Island Development Plan, expected in late Spring of 2014. (from http://www.gov.gg/planreview)
Can I ask in more detail when this might be due? Late May probably counts at late Spring.
Environment Department Response:
Following further discussion between the Department and other parties involved in the Development Plan Review and the independent Planning Inquiry process it is anticipated that the draft new Island Development Plan will be published this Summer, at the beginning of September 2014.
