In light of the States decision not to support width and CO2 first registration duties and the resultant loss of funding for the Transport Strategy, the Environment Department has decided to delay the signing of the bus contract, from the scheduled date of tomorrow until after the Department has had an opportunity to discuss the matter following a meeting with the Treasury and Resources Department, which is expected to take place next week.
