Environment Department response to media enquiry from Open Lines, Guernsey Press.
Open Lines Column Enquiry:
Dear Sir
A little bee tells me that CT Plus are expecting four new buses. The unfortunate thing is that they are rumoured too big, the large buses.
The large buses are totally unsuitable for Guernsey.
Can anyone shine any illumination on this rumour?
Environment Department Response:
The Environment Department can confirm that there is no truth to the rumour that CT Plus is about to take delivery of any new (or second hand) buses for the operation of scheduled bus services in Guernsey.
