BBC Radio Guernsey Enquiry:
I've been informed that the date for the Greenacres Open Planning Meeting has been changed, could we find out why?
Also, what the date has been changed to?
Environment Department Response:
The Environment Department had hoped that this application would be considered at an Open Planning Meeting held on 17 February. However, in compiling the planning report for the Board, it was recognised that further information was needed in order to complete the assessment of the proposal against the relevant planning policies. This information has been requested from the applicant and when received will be assessed with a view to completing the planning report and scheduling the application for an Open Planning Meeting. At this time it is not possible to determine precisely when the application will be heard, however the Department will ensure that it is considered at an Open Planning Meeting as soon as possible after the further information has been received.
