Dear Environment,
Can the department please confirm when it plans to produce its report detailing a scheme of paid parking clocks in Guernsey?
Once this report has gone to the States will the department be able to bring in the scheme straight away or would it be required to return to the States with another report for legislation?

Environment Department Response:
The Department is developing the report with a view to it being debated at the July States. Any form of paid parking including paid parking through parking clocks will require legislation and hence would be subject to further States consideration.
