Law Officers' Pro Bono Legal Award

For the second year running, the Law Officers' Pro Bono legal award was presented at the annual Chief Pleas dinner, in order to recognise voluntary work undertaken by members of the Guernsey Bar. The Law Officers' are delighted to announce that the winner of the 2016 Law Officers' Pro Bono legal award was Advocate Jason Green, of Collas Crill Advocates. Pro Bono services are increasingly important in Guernsey, not least in assisting in making access to legal services more readily available to members of the public, but also to the third sector and charities. Advocate Green has selflessly given of his time and expertise over recent years in delivering pro bono legal services and the award seeks to recognise the outstanding contribution he has made to the local community in this regard.
