Sexual Health Services can help you with care and advice on sexually transmitted infections, contraception and all aspects of sexual health. These services offer practical advice on how to keep you safe, healthy and happy.
You may see some changes when booking your appointment and using our services; this is because we're taking some proportionate precautions relating to monkeypox as a result of increasing cases in the UK. This might mean you have an initial telephone appointment in some cases.
The Orchard Centre
The Orchard Centre is an 'open access' clinic. This means anyone can use the clinic without being referred by their doctor.
You have the choice to either make an appointment or attend a "walk in" session to discuss any kind of sexual health concern.
We also have an online service via Facebook Messenger - Orchard Live - which can be accessed via the Orchard Centre Guernsey Facebook page. This confidential service runs every Friday morning between 10.00 and 12.00.
We are also able to offer sexual health services for people with physical and learning disabilities.
Free contraception for Under 21s. If you are aged 21 years or under you are eligible for our free contraception service. This is also available free at Choices and at your GP surgery in Guernsey and Alderney.
Free Cervical Screenings.
If you are aged between 25 and 65, you are eligible for our free cervical screening service. This is also available free at Choices, and with the nurse at your GP surgery in Guernsey and Alderney.
All of our services are free and completely confidential.
