The States are asked:
To elect two voting members of the States' Trading Supervisory Board who shall not be members of the States, to serve until the 30th June 2020, in accordance with Rule 16 of The Rules of Procedure of the States of Deliberation and their Committees, as set out in Section 1 thereof.
(N.B.
1. Pursuant to the Mandate of the States' Trading Supervisory Board, Members of the Board are elected on the recommendation of the Policy & Resources Committee and shall not be the President or members of the Transport Licensing Authority.
2. The curricula vitae of the two candidates to be proposed by the Policy and Resources Committee are set out in the policy letter appended to proposition P.2016/32.)
